THE PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE

Icarus Photography is a full-service portrait studio specializing in museum-quality wall art, heirloom albums and family keepsakes. We’ll begin with the end in mind, planning out your session from wardrobe to location to where you’d like to hang wall art or display an album. I don’t stop at creating priceless custom art. I’m also here to advise on the best ways to display it in your home, so that it may be treasured for generations to come.

 

THE PROCESS

SESSION CONSULTATION: This is where we will plan your session, customizing it to tell your unique story. We’ll go over locations, props and wardrobe, and you’ll have access to my client closet.

PHOTOSHOOT: This is the big day! All of our planning will come together and we’ll have so much fun making your heirloom portraits.

REVEAL & ORDERING APPOINTMENT: We’ll make an appointment for approximately 4 weeks after your session for you to come back to the studio, see your gallery, and create a portrait collection that suits your needs.

DELIVERY: I’ll design and order your gorgeous artwork, and a few weeks later, everything will be ready for studio pick-up or hand-delivery to your home.

 

THE INVESTMENT

Creative fees start at 200 and are payable at booking. This fee reserves your date and covers the time and talent of your photographer, from consultation to photoshoot and through to your ordering session. All artwork, prints and digital images are sold separately and in addition to your creative fee. Investment in prints starts at 190 and collections at 890. There is no minimum order and you only buy what you love! Creative fees are non-refundable.

Headshots & Personal Branding

All headshot sessions come with the opportunity to purchase high-resolution digital images.

  • Up to 45 minute session

Group Headshot Collections: Tiered Pricing

This group session is ideal for businesses wanting to streamline their staffโ€™s professional headshots.

Volume Headshot Pricing is determined on a tiered system, as outlined below:

2-4 Employees + One Digital Image per each person photographed: $300/each
5-49 Employees + One Digital Image per each person photographed: $200/each
50-99 Employees + One Digital Image per each person photographed: $150/each
100+ Employees + One Digital Image per each person photographed: $100/each
